Return Policy
You may return damaged items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are paid by buyer. Any returns received for reason other than damage, the customer will be issued a store credit in the amount of the purchase minus the shipping charges. This store credit will be valid for 1 year from date of issue. Please fill out the Return Authorization form found on the website in the bottom Navigation menu "Contact Info" and include the form with the return of your merchandise.

Shipping Policy
Once your credit card is processed we will ship your merchandise. Processing can take anywhere from 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 9 a.m. Pacific Standard time, will be processed the following Monday pending credit approval. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Shipping outside the United States to Canada or elsewhere will be subject to international shipping charges.

International Shipping Policy
For International Customers, please note that your order MUST be placed through a credit card and NOT PAYPAL. Once your order is received, your shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the correct shipping amount that will be added to your total and charged to your credit card. You may choose the option to pay for your order with a U.S. Money Order. To do so you will need to email pdnz.ent@gmail.com and you will be sent an Order Form to purchase. Please note that choosing this option will add considerable time in receiving your order.
